Supplementary care insurance
Supplementary care insurance is a private insurance that covers the gap (=care gap) between the costs of nursing care and the benefits of statutory long-term care insurance. This way, you avoid having to pay high co-payments for nursing care costs.
- Private care provision is becoming increasingly important: Statistically, 3 out of 4 Germans will need care during their lifetime.
- Financial freedom with supplementary long-term care insurance: If you need long-term care, you can arrange renovations or care at home as you wish. You receive a fixed, agreed-upon care allowance.
- Contribution: You can start at a low cost—e.g., €15.68/month for a 35-year-old provides €600/month in daily care allowance.
- Allianz services include support in finding a nursing service or home and daily care allowance starting from care level 1—immediately, without waiting times!
